WHAT DO I DO? I help you get un-stuck by: 

 

• Owning all the duties and accountabilities of the COO & Integrator roles for the organization

• Developing leaders via leadership training, coaching, and mentoring

• Leading and optimizing the weekly Leadership Team (L10) meetings – 90 minutes / each (and possibly other departmental team meetings)

• 1:1 Same Page Meetings with Owner / Visionary and all Leadership Team Members (30-60 min each, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)

• Making time as needed for additional calls, meetings, quarterly projects, weekly to-dos, and tasks

• Ensuring strong scorecard metrics and measurables that accurately track the most important things that will help us to accomplish our goals and hold the team accountable

• Documenting and optimizing all Core Processes

• Onboarding new Team Members

• Creating and executing the EOS® company-wide rollout plan (including departmental L10 meetings, Leadership/Management/Accountability (LMA) training, HR consulting, & Process advisor etc.)

• Employee Quarterly zte Conversations with each Leadership Team Member

• Attending at company/team events, meetings, etc.

• 1 Full Day Quarterly Planning Session each quarter / 2 Day Annual Planning Session (travel expenses additional)

• Supporting the Owner/ Visionary and keeping the team focused on goals via the stated Vision (V/TO)

• Owning appropriate Goals (Rocks, 90-day goals) applicable to EOS®
